What should I do if my device is not working correctly?
If your device won’t turn on, runs slowly, or you have connection issues:

• Ensure that all cables are properly plugged in and try another outlet.
• Restart your device and close unnecessary programs.
• Make sure your operating system and drivers are up to date.
• Perform a virus scan to check for malware (for software issues).
• Disconnect and reconnect external devices like mice or keyboards.
• Try a different network if your Wi-Fi isn’t working.
