How do I return an item to YourPCBuddy?
You can return most products within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.

Steps for returns:

1. Contact customer service with your order number and reason for return.
2. Follow the return instructions and receive a return authorization (RMA) number and shipping label, if eligible.
3. Return the product in original packaging and include all accessories, manuals, and any free gifts.
4. Keep proof of shipment until your return is confirmed.

Important details:

• Products must be undamaged and in original condition for a full refund.
• Refund processing may take a few days after items arrive and pass inspection.
• Some products (e.g., opened software) may not be eligible for return unless defective.
