How does the warranty and repair process work at YourPCBuddy?
YourPCBuddy provides a two-year warranty on all products for manufacturing defects or hardware failures. If you experience a defect, contact support with your order details and product serial number. If the product meets our warranty conditions, we’ll arrange repair or replacement. Repairs outside the warranty period may be available for a fee.
