Resetting Password

Introduction
If you have forgotten your YourPCBuddy password or are having trouble logging in, this article explains how to safely reset your password and regain access.

How do I reset my password?
If you need to reset your password:

1. On the login page, click the “Forgot Password?” link below the login form.
2. Enter the email address connected to your account, then click “Submit.”
3. Check your email inbox (and spam folder) for a password reset email from YourPCBuddy.
4. Click the secure link in the email. You will be prompted to enter a new password.
5. Choose a new, strong password, confirm it, and save.

Once your password is updated, you can log in with your new credentials. For best security, do not share your new password with anyone and avoid reusing a password from another site.

If you don’t get the password reset email within a few minutes, ensure you entered the correct email or contact customer service for additional help.
